KMUconnect 2026: New event platform by focus50plus under the motto “The Power of 50plus – indispensable for the SME future”

Small and medium-sized enterprises are under pressure due to labor and skills shortages. To remain competitive and productive, they need new approaches in workforce development. KMUconnect, the new event platform from focus50plus, delivers answers.

On March 19, 2026, the focus will be on the experience of older employees at Tanzwerk101 in Zurich. Together with companies, focus50plus will demonstrate how older employees can be given new opportunities and what concrete added value they can create for SMEs.

The keynote lecture will provide impulses for the future world of work, followed by panel discussions with representatives from business, academia, and politics. The World Café – moderated by experts and industry specialists – offers the opportunity for interactive discussions with other SMEs.
